A special meeting is being called to introduce changes to the TCA Constitution.

Changes have been contemplated to our constitution to enable donors to our hate speech trial to obtain tax concessions.

Therefore, TCA is calling a special meeting to pass these changes.  Please, all Chinese community welcome to attend.
